The seeds are genuine, however there is a fair amount of plant material still left on some of the seeds. One of them looked "dirty" for a lack of a better word, but was easily remedied with picking the loose organic material out with a sharpened bamboo skewer. The artificial red dye that they also used is kind of off putting and was stuck in the loose plant material as well. I kept washing this over and over, and I still kept making brown "rudraksha tea" over and over from the residual dye. If it wasn't for the dye, I'd give it a 5/5 even with all its faults; but then again for 11 bucks I'm not expecting perfection.Edit: Ran it through my ultrasonic cleaner with some dishwasher detergent, red dye is finally gone.

I recently purchased the Wonder Care Certified Rudraksha Mala and I am very happy with it. The beads feel genuine and well-made, and the quality looks authentic. It light in weight, and comfortable for daily use in prayer and meditation. The certification gives peace of mind about authenticity with details, i didnot check bead size, they have different size of beads and different count as well. will order in smaller size soon.
